Patient was not feeling any comfort even after taking - high dose of analgesics, Morphine and had deep trouble throughout the day and was not able to sleep due to discomfort.
With such a pitiful situation we started palliative care treatment.
We started with WHO step ladder protocol , counselling of patient and family members about his condition , prognosis upcoming symptoms physical, mental agony ,stress & depression and management for the same. To relieve his abdomen pain Celiac plexus Rhizolysis was performed in OT.
